Returns Eligibility We accept returns only if:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
The seal is intact
The return request is made within 24-48 hours of delivery/purchase
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Opened or used perfumes
Damaged items caused after delivery
Clearance or discounted products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective product
The wrong fragrance
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds Once your return is approved and inspected:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
Processing time may take 1-3 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Exchanges We may allow exchanges for unopened products of equal value, subject to availability.
