Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of perfumes, returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging with intact seals, within 24–48 hours of delivery or purchase, and with valid proof of purchase. Opened, used, damaged (after delivery), clearance, or discounted items are non-returnable. Refunds, once approved and inspected, will be processed via the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
